  1. If you had lived here the influx you would have such a different take on this city. It has always been a city with a strong history. Families have lived here for generations some of us have been here since before interstate 70 and Colfax were built. Now people move here and live it then demand that everyone confom to what they see The Metro should be then demad it changes to that idea. No respect is given to the history or the natives still here just embracing eminent domain and the good of the tax code. I am happy to see the housing market changing. Knowing that in the grand scheme of things my house eill never be upside down. I know as a former realtor youll never tell them what the truth is about all of it because youll lose sales but if people wait 15 months it will all cahnge
